Smart Host Pro is operations software for the day-to-day work of running short-term and long-term rental properties — keeping a single source of truth for bookings, drafting guest replies for a human to review and send, and coordinating the on-the-ground team, so less of that work has to happen by hand across scattered tools.

Airbnb reservations sync automatically; direct, WhatsApp, and word-of-mouth bookings are entered alongside them — so there's a single place to see what's actually happening across a portfolio, instead of cross-checking Airbnb, spreadsheets, and memory.
AI-drafted guest replies, human-approved
Incoming guest messages on WhatsApp and Airbnb are classified and drafted automatically — routine questions, check-in details, pricing within a set range — but nothing goes out to a guest until a person reviews and sends it.
Rolling contracts and renewals
Longer-stay guests get a proactive renewal cycle — a check-in message ahead of time, a payment reminder, and a clear human checkpoint before any renewal is confirmed. Payments are always verified by a person, never assumed from a screenshot.
Coordinated with the team on the ground
Check-in and check-out details, maintenance reports, and viewing requests are routed to the right on-the-ground manager automatically, as WhatsApp messages — no separate app or login required for field staff.
Everyday financial tracking

About
Smart Host Pro grew out of real, hands-on property management — running a working short-term and long-term rental portfolio in Pererenan, Bali. It was built to handle the actual daily workflow of that operation: logging bookings, answering guests, coordinating check-ins with an on-the-ground team, and keeping a rolling calendar accurate — not designed in the abstract. That grounding in real hospitality operations, not just software, is what shapes how it works.
