About this agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Smart Host Pro (the "Service"), operated by PT PERTUMBUHAN PROPERTY SOHO ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
What the Service is
Smart Host Pro is operations software for short-term and long-term rental hosts and property managers — covering bookings, guest messaging, and day-to-day coordination. It is a software tool for managing a rental operation; it is not a booking platform, travel agency, or party to any booking or rental agreement between a host and a guest.
Accounts and access
Access to the Service is currently provided directly by us to individuals and staff we authorize. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for legitimate rental-operations purposes, to comply with applicable law, and not to use it to send unsolicited or abusive messages, misrepresent a property or booking, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems.
Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms — including WhatsApp Business Platform (operated by Meta), Airbnb, and Smoobu — to send messages and manage bookings. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms, and we're not responsible for their availability or conduct.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by PT PERTUMBUHAN PROPERTY SOHO or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Service to you.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PT PERTUMBUHAN PROPERTY SOHO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including any error in a booking, message, or financial record.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
