What information we collect
When you message us on WhatsApp, or interact with us through Airbnb or other booking platforms, we may collect: your name, phone number, message content, booking details (dates, property, payment status), and — where relevant to a confirmed booking — identification documents required for check-in.
How we use this information
We use this information solely to manage your booking, respond to your enquiries, coordinate check-in and check-out, and provide support during your stay. Responding to your messages may involve AI-assisted classification and drafting of a suggested reply, which a member of our team always reviews before it is sent to you — no reply is ever sent automatically without human review. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How we store and protect information
Guest information is stored in our internal property management system and is accessible only to authorized staff involved in managing your booking and stay.
Third-party services
We use WhatsApp Business Platform (operated by Meta) to send and receive messages, Airbnb and Smoobu to manage bookings, and Anthropic's Claude AI models to help classify incoming messages and draft suggested replies for our team to review. Your interactions through these platforms are also subject to their own respective privacy policies.
